Swaping out parts from a spare Heli and having some issues with the locktite. Any suggestions for its removal?

Try a hot soldering iron held against the bolt and/or nut. I had a similar issue happen to me. I use a lot less locktite these days!

Soldering iron works well, so does a mini torch. When it loosens, there will be a bit of smoke.

Soaking in acetone also works well if you don't want to use heat.
