ooo I was thinking about getting the Trex... but then I got the Blade CP Pro. I would HIGHLY suggest getting the training gears for your helicopter, cause I will be sure you will chip the blades within seconds of take off. I never had a problem cause I learned fast suprisingly... but my friend... ugh... now I need new blades and a main shaft... anyways, you should have some past experience flying RC Helicopters or I will guarantee you this will be dead on the ground really soon. Make sure that the blades are properly pitched. Now eye down the length of each blade comparing the bottom of the flat-bottom blade to the top of the Paddle Control Frame. They should be parallel to one another. If you are using symmetrical blades use the blade centerline for comparison. The blades should be in pitch always, or the helicopter will not fly or vibrate. Now, I cant tell you how much throttle to use. All I could say is about 2-3 clicks above the half. Just slowly push the throttle up till the helicopter lifts. If the helicopter is lifting too high, then lower it. This is all basic, you should know that. If you haven't flown helicopters before, I would suggest you get a simulator or practic by purchasing a cheaper helicopter, maybe one with Coaxial blades?
